With four active kids and busy weeknights, we love quick meals we can make in our Instant Pot. This quick Instant Pot Four Cheese Pasta is an easy pressure cooker meal that anyone can make in their Instant Pot even if they are new to pressure cooker cooking!
Instant Pot Four Cheese Pasta
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Italian cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup Colby Jack, shredded
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
- Add your broth, cream, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to your Instant Pot.
- Now add your noodles on top.
- Toss to coat; DO NOT STIR.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot and close.
- Close your vent to seal.
- Set your Instant Pot to “Manual” for 6 minutes.
- Let it do a natural release for an additional 6 minutes.
- Then do a quick release.
- Add the marinara sauce to the Instant Pot.
- Stir to coat.
- Add the cheeses, stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
- The cheese will melt and thicken the sauce.
- Enjoy!
