Irish Coffee Pudding Shots are a perfect treat for a party. We love boozy shots, especially for St. Patrick’s Day or any other celebration or party.
These Irish Coffee Pudding Shots are so easy! If you love recipes with Bailey’s Irish Cream, try these Bailey’s Irish Cream Truffles.
Irish Coffee Pudding Shots
- 12 (2 oz.) plastic soufflé cups with lids
- 1 (3 oz.) box chocolate fudge (or chocolate) instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp. Irish whiskey
- 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee flavored liqueur
- 4 tbsp. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Shamrock shaped confetti sprinkles, for garnish
- Place the 12 plastic soufflé cups on a large plate or tray and set aside.
- Pour the instant pudding mix into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the cold milk and stir to combine.
- Stir in the Irish whiskey, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and Kahlua.
- Fold in the Cool Whip and mix until completely combined.
- Spoon the pudding mixture into the plastic cups, filling up to the top of each rim.
- Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, if you are not serving right away, you can place lids on the plastic cups.
- Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream to each pudding shot and a sprinkling of shamrock-shaped confetti sprinkles.
- ENJOY!!

Well I missed it for this St. Patrick’s Day, I’ll collect this one for next. Probably get to make them this summer as we usually have a family get together and we have a favorite aunt that likes to make lots of Jell-O and pudding shots. This can go in the rotation. I’ll give you a helpful hint for your recipe, 4 tablespoons equals 1/4 cup. It’s all the same measurement. Thanks for more inspiration!
