A product is required for all reviews and will not be returned unless other arrangements are made prior to agreement of review. Full-sized products are required (please, don’t send me a shot of liquor and ask me to review it and make one cocktail for you). Readers love giveaways and are a great way to generate traffic to your site. It’s up to you what you’d like to giveaway, but the minimum value required is $50 (and subject to approval). Readers will be encouraged to visit your site and social media profiles as part of the giveaway requirements. Giveaways generally run 10–14 days but can be longer or shorter at your request. Rafflecopter is our giveaway tool of choice and all entries are verified for winners chosen at random through the tool.
You are welcome to add a discount, coupon code, or giveaway to the sponsored post at no charge.
Please allow 3–8 weeks (in general) for your review to be posted from the date the product arrives at my house. The length of time will be determined by the product being reviewed, my personal schedule, and what else is being scheduled on the blog in that timeframe. For example, I won’t post two vacuum cleaner brands within two weeks of one another. If you have a specific date in mind for the review to be posted, I will work with you to accommodate your request. I am not responsible for any shipping costs or duty fees. Packages shipped COD will be refused and returned to sender.
In the case of a negative review, I will contact you by email prior to posting; you have the option to add your statement to the review. I may also choose to not post a review. With regards to wine samples, I recognize that wine preference is very personal and not everyone enjoys the same wines.
Solicited posts that are essentially advertisements with links are considered advertisements and a reasonable fee is required for posting. Advertising rates are available upon request.
I do not post do-follow links on sponsored content as it’s against various online guidelines and best practices. Please do not even ask. We don’t participate in link building schemes.
