The blue Space Stone, contained in Odin’s Tesseract, was last seen in Odin’s vault at the end of Thor: Ragnarok. We’re pretty sure Loki snagged it. In honor of Avengers: Infinity War, we’ve got some awesome Tesseract Cookies to share with all of our Avengers fans! Who doesn’t love a good superhero cookie?
Avengers Infinity War Tesseract Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup blue sanding sugar
- 1–3 drops of blue food coloring
- Blue Rock Candy
Tesseract Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup blue sanding sugar
- 1-3 drops blue food coloring
- Blue Rock Candy
Instructions

Using a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar for about 1 minute on medium speed.

Mix in egg and vanilla. Scrape down the sides as needed. Set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar.

With the mixer running on low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well blended.

The dough should be quite thick, and you may have to stir the rest by hand.

Add the food coloring, and mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into balls, and then roll into the blue sanding sugar.

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes.

Once baked, allow cookies to cool for 1 minute before placing rock candy in the center.
