Thanks to Virtual Sports for hosting us. As always, all opinions are our own.
Virtual Reality (VR) is all the rage these days. At CES, it seemed as though every panel talked about VR or the future of VR and how it was being used in nearly ever industry. The gaming industry is just one place where VR is hot and already being use.
While VR in the home environment isn’t unattainable, it’s not quite at the price tag where it’s in every home yet, but many kids and gamers want to experience it. Enter Virtual Sports in Seattle Southside. They offer a game center for kids and families to play games including VR games. We spent an evening playing VR games in a fantastic environment where we could experience VR at it’s finest. While we own VR goggles, not every company makes games or experiences suitable for VR. Virtual Sports is a great experience for all ages. You can rent a VR room to play a variety of VR games on the SteamVR featuring the HTC Vive, including painting, which was the one my girls loved the most. Virtual Sports has 12 individual VR bays for you and your friends and a living room style VR setup for small groups. We played in the living room style VR set up.
